White Whale Cocktail Mixers

Every cocktail enthusiast loves to nail a complicated new recipe whether that may involve infusing simple syrups, acquiring heirloom citrus, or burning cinnamon sticks with a blowtorch. The folks at White Whale realize you don't always have time for all that, so they created three signature cocktail mixers featuring high-quality ingredients -- organic when possible -- some exotic, some grown close to home -- but always well-balanced, delicious, and easy to prepare.

White Whale was founded in Durham when landscape architect Corey Mason and homebrewer Dave Staples decided to combine their passions to produce garden-inspired cocktail mixers. To allow high-quality spirits to shine, they ensured their recipes contained smaller amounts of sugar than the cloying grocery store mixers you may be familiar with. The mixers call for a ratio of two parts spirit to one part mixer, so you need to break out the good stuff. Consider pairing your White Whale with locally-distilled spirits like Cardinal GinCovington Vodka, or Lewis Redmond Carolina Bourbon.

White Whale has been featured in Food & Wine, Southern Living, and Anthology magazines, and NC MADE is pleased to offer it as part of our Old North State Cocktail Box.
