The chill in the air has us dreaming of brisk walks through the woods and breath-taking Blue Ridge views, so we're planning a trip to a tiny house in the North Carolina mountains! Tiny houses are cute and cozy, the perfect minimalist space for a romantic getaway or a restorative solo vacation with a side of nature therapy. We've found 4 unique rentals that we'd love to visit, with nearby stops for reviving sustenance, because who are we kidding, everything really revolves around the food.

This place looks perfect - nestled in the woods with a hot tub, fire table, and two decks, it's also a 5 minute walk from the quaint town of Todd and a 20 minute drive to nearby Boone.

Beautifully decorated with every home comfort you could want, plus a fire pit, hanging chairs, and outdoor tub/shower situation.

A bit more bare bones for those looking to really unplug, the large glass garage door rolls up to reveal stunning mountain views, an outdoor rainwater shower, fire pit, and lots of nearby trails for hiking. Asheville is a 20 minute drive away.

Situated on 7-acre Sparklebark Farm just 15 minutes outside of Asheville, this quiet, modern space has everything you need to relax, including beautiful gardens, mountain views, and a warm fire pit.
